We have created a FIVE stage Peripheral Neuropathy assessment protocol. The assessment takes approximately 15 minutes and gives the practitioner an overview of the severity of the peripheral neuropathy. Importantly, baseline subjective and objective data are recorded on our assessment sheets throughout the assessment, and compared throughout the treatment process
